Booking Policies
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once if you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
I understand life happens! You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed — after that, a $10 late fee will apply. At 15mins, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at my discretion.
No-Show Policy
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and must pay in full to book future appointments.
Payment Methods
Remaining balances can be paid via Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Card.
Professionalism
Please arrive freshly showered and clean for all wax services. For comfort, no additional guests are allowed in the suite.
